Systemic programs, relaxation and sleep

By now, you've gotten to know your Healy better and experienced the first big or small changes in yourself. However, our journey isn't over yet, and today we've prepared some more helpful information for you about the Healy and health in general. So stay tuned.

SYSTEMIC PROGRAMS

Today we're talking about the systemic Healy programs we've been working with all week. "Systemic" means that the whole body is involved, with frequencies changing approximately every 10 seconds. Each program is based on an extensive health database with insights from 15 years of therapeutic experience.

The first nine minutes involve an individual analysis: Your body receives various frequencies that resonate with your cells to varying degrees and influence your bioelectric field. The noise generator measures these changes and determines the optimal frequency sequence for you.

WHY IS THAT SO IMPORTANT?

Each systemic Healy treatment is individually tailored to you and your cells. Even with repeated use of the same program, the process will vary.

During the first nine minutes, an analysis is performed to determine the frequencies currently required. These frequencies are then transmitted until your cells are saturated and harmonized. However, some programs, such as those for chronic pain relief, are the same for everyone. The duration of the transmission to the Healy gives you an indication of the extent of the application.

SLEEP


To end the day on a relaxing note, today we're devoting ourselves to relaxation, sleep, and regeneration. Consciously take time for yourself: Listen to calming music, start a relaxing Healy program, and focus on your breathing.

Sit or lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and breathe deeply into your belly. Feel your belly rise and fall as you exhale. Let the music and the Healy frequencies work their magic on you and enjoy the moment of peace.
